Via Latina

Another useful 19th-century Latin reader containing Aesop's fables is Via Latina: An Easy Latin Reader by William C. Collar (1897). It is available online at Google Books, and I've digitized the 29 fables in the Via Latina book at the Aesopica site.

The book consists of an extended account of the Argonatus, the adventures of Ulysses, the Seven Kings of Rome, Aesop's fables, a life of Julius Caesar, and a life of Alcibiades, with notes and vocabulary in the back. The fables begin on p. 48.
